How much does it cost to hire a meeting room in Southport?
Rooms at Old Station start at $44 per hour for the small meeting room, $66 per hour for the 6-8-person meeting room and $99 per hour for the large corporate boardroom that can fit 10.
Can I book a meeting room for just one hour?
Yes. Minimum hire is one hour, seven days a week between 8:30am and 5:00pm. After-hours access can be arranged for members.
What is included with the room hire?
Every booking includes a wall-mounted screen with HDMI and wireless casting, business-grade fibre wifi, a whiteboard, filtered water, instant coffee urns for your group and reception meet-and-greet for your guests. Just let us know what type of set up you require for the meeting.
Is there parking near the meeting rooms?

Conveniently located directly opposite Southport Tram Station, getting here via public transport is easy.

There are also several paid parking options nearby, starting from $3.20/hour, $9.20/day, or $150/month. You can plan your parking options with the City of Gold Coast here.

Do you offer catering for meetings?
No, we don’t however we do have a list of recommended morning tea providers that are familiar with our space.
Can I hire a room without being a member?
Absolutely. Meeting rooms are open to the public. Members receive monthly room hours as per their membership type.
